Sarah started her healthcare career by working directly with patients for over ten years. Her work as a nurse, case manager, and clinical liaison allowed her to witness firsthand the severe difficulties that people with substance use disorders and mental health conditions face. Sarah is also continuing her education at Southern New Hampshire University to earn a psychology degree with a concentration in addiction while she works to expand her professional reach.

Rising Through the Ranks
Sarah joined Next Level Recovery Associates when it first opened its doors. She started her career at her current company in January 2021, when she became a Family Service Specialist and nurse. Her direct work with clients and families during this time established her leadership style, emphasizing compassion and collaboration. Her outstanding client care earned her the executive director position in December 2023, which she maintained for over a year until she became a managing partner in January 2025.
Sarah leads the organization as managing partner, executing daily operations and strategic direction. The organization provides individualized, comprehensive services to people with substance use disorder, mental health struggles and everything in between. Her leadership style includes open communication and problem-solving abilities, and a strong dedication to building a positive environment for her referral partners and clients.

What truly distinguishes Sarah is her lived experience. Her eight years of sobriety give her a special understanding, creating deep connections with her clients and loved ones. Her recovery experience gives her leadership authenticity and hope, attracting people facing similar challenges. Sarah dedicates herself to her family as a mother of two, fur mom and a loving wife. She discovers happiness through music, finds solace at the beach, and experiences energizing benefits from gym therapy. Poetry is her creative channel to handle and convey the intricate aspects of her life experiences.
